Ordering & Payment
 
To make an order please contact me with your requirements and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
 
Payment for orders under 30 items will be required at least 2 weeks before the required date. If the order is made with less than 2 weeks until the required date, payment will be required immediately.
 
Orders between 30 - 50 items will require a 10% deposit on booking to hold the date. This will be taken off of the total amount and will be non-refundable on cancellation. Full payment of the remaining balance will then be payable 2 weeks before the required date.
 
Large orders over 50 items will require a 15% deposit at the time of booking. This will be taken off of the total amount and will be non-refundable if the order is cancelled. Full payment of the remaining balance will be payable 3 weeks before the required date.
 
**Please note that as all pop 'n' bics items are handmade to order it is important that enough notice is given when making or cancelling an order. If a cancellation is made after the final payment date I will not be able to offer a full refund as the likelihood is that the items will have already been made.**
